Mo-BRUK is a Polish hazardous and industrial waste processor, running incineration, stabilisation and fuel-from-waste operations, a business with permits that are hard to replicate and historically high returns on capital. The shares have risen strongly and revenue hit a record, but reported profit came under accounting pressure and the shares recently fell 9% on a gap down. After the rally the valuation is stretched, and past disputes over waste storage obligations show that regulatory risk is real.
ABOUT MO-BRUK S.A.
Read
Mo-BRUK S.A. is the clear leader in the Polish industrial waste management sector, specializing in the processing, recovery, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. The company utilizes advanced, proprietary technologies to turn industrial waste into alternative fuels and eco-granulates for construction. Its competitive moat is protected by high regulatory barriers to entry, specialized processing facilities, and a dominant market share in a highly regulated industry.

Calmer than 87% of stocks we rank over the past year (22% a year).
How this is worked out
What it measures: day-to-day price moves over the past year, as a yearly figure, ranked against every stock we cover. Very calm under 20% a year, Calm 20 to 30%, Average 30 to 40%, Bumpy 40 to 55%, Very bumpy above that.
What we found: across about 13,500 stocks in 34 markets (2002 to 2025), past swings were a good guide to the next year's, and bumpier stocks fell further. How much further changed too much between eras to put a number on it.
Calm is not safe: a calm stock can still slide steadily.
