MoatMap provides quantitative scoring, AI-generated analysis, and market data for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell securities. Accuracy

We source data from public financial APIs and score stocks using quantitative models. While we strive for accuracy, data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. AI-generated content (conviction theses, deep dives, investment committee reviews) is produced by language models and may contain inaccuracies. Scores and signals can change daily as new data arrives.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse rate limits or violate these terms.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime through the settings page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Founding member pricing is locked for the lifetime of continuous subscription.

Limitation of liability

MoatMap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any investment losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Your use of the scores, signals, and analysis is entirely at your own risk.
